SHIPPING & HANDLING

USPS standard shipping is charged on all orders.

Processing Time:
2-4 business days.

Delivery Time:
US & PR: Approximately 2 to 5 business days.

International Shipping:
Delivery time is approximately 3 to 20 business days, depending on the option selected. Please allow 1 to 2 business days for processing orders.

MarKa is not responsible for any duties, tax or fees charged by local governments or customs agents. For more details, please contact your local customs office. Customer is responsible for any return shipping fees.

Once your order has been shipped and tracking has been provided, MarKa is not responsible for any lost, delay, wrong delivery, or stolen packages. It is the postal office responsibility to provide the
customer with any information.
Marka is NOT responsible.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

MarKa Return & Exchange Policy For MarKa.

Customer satisfaction is always our top priority.


1. To apply for a case of return or exchange, please email, contact shopmarka101@gmail.com, or call us at 939-633-6141 with the order number, receipt and provide us with the reason for your inquiry. If the customer bought the item at our store, customers need to bring it back to our store within 7 days from the day of purchase to receive a store credit. If the customer bought the item through our website the customer will receive an email with the return shipping address to ship back the items. Items should be received within 14 days of the day it was delivered from our store to the customer. Customers will receive a store credit (if applicable). Customers need to provide us with a tracking number. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. We are NOT responsible for any items being lost when sent to us. No money returns, only store credit.


We reserve the right to deny unfounded returns and exchanges.


2. We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) or Cash on Delivery (COD) service for returns. The returns will be made at the customer's own cost. We don’t cover that cost.


3. All items must be returned in their original condition, including its packaging. We do not accept returned items that have been worn, washed, torn, snagged, stained, or altered in any way, with tags. If these terms are not met your item will be sent back to you.


4. Swimwear, accessories (bags, shoes, hats, belts, bracelets, earrings, necklace, rings, headbands) and Sale items are
